The 2021 Ford Mustang Mach-E comes in five trims, each at a different starting price point. Ford Mach-E​Performance Specs

The driving force in the 2021 Ford Mustang Mach-E is a lithium-ion battery with nickel manganese cobalt cathodes which comes in either standard range 75.7 kWh or extended range 98.8 kWH sizes. You can also take on whatever the road throws at you with either AWD or RWD drivetrain options for both battery sizes.

You may be wondering what kind of power an all-electric Mustang SUV can offer. The GT model with extended-range battery and AWD has a targeted 0-60 MPH speed of mid-3 seconds when properly equipped. And the Premium trim with extended range battery and all-wheel drive has a targeted peak power of 248 kW or 332 HP and 417 lb.-ft. of torque.

Ford Mach-E​Range


With all the power it produces, you may also be wondering how far the 2021 Ford Mustang Mach-E can take you. Using the extended range battery and rear-wheel drive, you can drive the Mach-E an EPA-estimated target range of 300 miles.

Ford Mach-E​Charging


Ford equips the Mustang Mach-E with a standard Ford mobile charger, which can either be used in a 240V outlet for estimated 22 mile range per charging hour, or a 120V outlet for slow convenient charging. The optional Ford connected charge station plugs into a 240V outlet and charges the extended range battery at a 32 mile-per-charging hour rate. If you're out and about you can also grab a quick sip of power from a 150kW charger at one of the more than 12,000 FordPass™ Charging Network stations. Using this system, you can charge an estimated 47 miles of range in ten minutes, or take your extended range battery from ten percent to 80 percent in 45 minutes.
